Website
Static pages and hosting logs
This site has no accounts, forms, search, comments or uploads. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, and loads all resources from formudex.io. HTTPS encrypts visits in transit.
GitHub Pages hosts the site. GitHub records technical request information, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. Formudex does not control or receive those logs and cannot use them to analyze visitors. GitHub’s Privacy Statement describes its handling of that data.
Correspondence and retention
Email links open your mail app; nothing is sent unless you choose to write. We receive your email address, any name you include, your message, attachments and email headers. Google Workspace handles our email and stores messages on Google’s servers. GitHub and Google are US companies, so the data described here is processed in the United States.
We use correspondence only to answer you and keep a record where needed, such as to follow up on a security report or honor an agreement. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering and keeping records of correspondence, or on performing an agreement with you. We do not add senders to mailing lists, build profiles or sell correspondence. We share it only with the providers that run our email and hosting, and where the law requires. Anything else, such as passing a report to a vendor or crediting you for it, happens only with your agreement.
We delete routine correspondence once the conversation is finished and no follow-up is expected. We keep security reports and messages about an agreement while the issue or agreement is open, and for any record-keeping period the law requires.

Access, corrections and deletion
Unless you have emailed us, we hold nothing about you. If you have, email contact@formudex.io to ask what we hold, get a copy, correct or delete it, object to or limit how we use it, or raise a privacy concern. We reply within one month. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
Policy
Scope and changes
This policy does not cover Formudex applications or linked sites. Each application will have its own privacy policy before release; linked sites have their own policies.
If we change how this site or our email handles personal data, we will update this policy and its date before the change takes effect, and describe any material change here.
